Lisa Waffird

Center Director

Lisa Waffird brings over 20 years’ experience in pre-school management and Early Childhood Education. Throughout her career, her passion has been to teach and care for children, staff and families. She is a positive motivator and proves this through outstanding staff retention, and maintaining a positive relationship with Tennessee’s Department of Human Services.

Personally, she was raised in Mt. Juliet, and attended college at Middle Tennessee State University. She has three sons and one granddaughter. She stays involved with Make-a-Wish Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network, and her church. She loves the theater and spending lazy days on the water.
