At Big Blue Marble Academy, we’re honored to be a part of so many families’ early learning journeys — and now, we’re opening our doors to serve Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The newest BBMA location is now open, enrolling and eager to welcome the community’s youngest learners into their school!
Located at 2950 Rivertown Parkway, BBMA Mt. Pleasant is offering the exceptional early childhood education that we are known for at each of our 96 locations across the country. Home Away from Home with Space to Learn & Play
BBMA Mt. Pleasant was designed to feel welcoming and fun for our young learners. Our bright and expansive classrooms encourage active learning and exploration, while offering plenty of room for play and imagination.
On rainy days, these classrooms double as a play space. On sunny days, a large playground awaits, with age-appropriate equipment for all of our students. We know that play is such an important part of childhood, so we ensure all of our young learners have lots of time to get their wiggles out, while also helping build their stamina and strength!
Global-Inspired Curriculum that Encourages Exploration
BBMA’s unique curriculum was developed using the latest early childhood education research, theory, and best practices. Our play-based program, Passport to Learning, takes our students around the globe as they explore different countries and cultures. The curriculum not only helps our young learners reach cognitive, physical, and social milestones, but it also helps them foster a love of learning.
Additionally, our Heart Project service learning initiatives help our students build skills like kindness, compassion, and empathy. These first five years are a crucial part of a child’s development, and the BBMA family works hard to not just nurture their little minds, but also grow their big hearts for a better world.
Convenient Care and Easy Check-ins
Many of our team members are parents as well, so we know how challenging it can be to be away from your children. Because of this, BBMA aims to feel like an extension of your family. With convenient hours of 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., we are there when you need us, Monday through Friday, for young learners, ages 6 weeks to 5 years. To ensure parents stay up-to-date with their child’s activities throughout the day, our parent communication app allows for peace of mind and frequent updates!
In addition to our infant, toddler, and preschool programs, we also offer summer camp and after-school care for school-aged students, up to age 12.
