Age three marks a turning point, as your child shifts from exploring to connecting. Your little one is a confident communicator and a curious student, learning through questions, shared ideas, and meaningful play. With guidance and facilitation from our teachers, your child strengthens their language, builds friendships, solves problems, and grows with independence and confidence.

At three, your child participates in language and literacy with more confidence and loves every moment of it. Through everyday experiences and conversations, your little one will begin speaking in longer sentences, enjoying their favorite stories on repeat, recognizing letters in their name, and playing with rhymes and songs that make learning feel like fun.
Your child sees math come to life in everything they do! Through counting blocks and everyday objects, recognizing numbers and shapes, sorting materials, creating patterns, and exploring size and measurement, your child will develop the problem-solving skills and mathematical confidence they need for kindergarten.
At three, your child is beginning to blossom into a curious scientist, using all their senses to explore nature, ask all the questions, and make simple predictions. As they investigate the indoor and outdoor world around them, your child will learn to describe what they see, feel, and discover one experiment at a time.
Your three-year-old is developing a bigger heart to match their growing mind. At this stage, your child will learn to name and manage their feelings, recognize emotions in others, and use words to work through challenges, build friendships, and practice self-control with increasing independence.
At this stage, your child is beginning to connect the dots between themselves and the world around them. Through play, conversation, and everyday routines that feel natural and joyful, your child will discover their place in the classroom and in the wider world. Your child is learning that they belong, that their actions matter, and that the world is full of people and places worth exploring. Our Heart Projects introduce service learning to your three-year-old and help them discover the joy in helping others.
As your three-year-old grows, they build confidence in how they move and care for their body every single day. Through active play, your child will use their hands and tools with increasing control and develop simple, healthy, safe habits that lay the foundation for a lifetime of well-being.
At three, your child’s imagination has no limits! Through storytelling, art, music, and movement, your three-year-old will begin experimenting with new ideas, expressing their feelings in new ways as their creativity flourishes, and beaming with pride as they share their creations.
Your child learns best by doing what they do best: pretending, building, exploring, and playing alongside friends. Through the joy of everyday purposeful play, your child will develop important focus, confidence, and problem-solving skills that will set them up for success.
