Chief Legal & Compliance Officer

Charles Calio has been practicing law for over 20 years. He began his legal career as a civil litigator at a law firm in Detroit, Michigan, then practiced law in-house at Learning Care Group, where he focused on real estate, acquisitions, business development and growth, contracts, litigation management, and administrative law. He is an officer in the Army National Guard, where over the course of 25 years, he has held several positions, including field artillery and public affairs officer.
