Mariyah Dortch

Mariyah Dortch has garnered 13 years of experience in both public and private childcare. Early on, she aspired to attain a director position, deliberately gaining expertise across various age groups, from infants to 3rd grade. What she finds most fulfilling about her role is the opportunity to make a positive impact on the children and staff at her center. Mariyah, driven by a genuine passion for her work, holds a BA in early childhood education from Kean University. As a mother of four—three sons and a daughter, including a child with ADHD and another diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder—her extensive experience and personal insights uniquely position her to support all children she encounters on her journey. In addition, Mariyah actively serves on our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, contributing to our commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all.
