David Novak brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategy, operations, and investment banking roles. Before joining BBMA, David served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Intelligence at Childcare Network, where he oversaw the core Finance and Accounting functions, as well as Information Technology, Real Estate, and Facilities Maintenance. Across his various roles, David has focused on establishing strategy and best practices to drive growth and create value.

Before his role at CCN, David has served in numerous leadership roles throughout his career including Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategy, and as COO through various organizations. His time working in the Early Childhood Education space with multi-site operations has allowed him to have a unique perspective that highly qualifies him for this role.
