Learning and growth flourish under the guidance of Tiffany McAllister. Hailing from Baltimore, MD, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for enriching the lives of children and families. Having made South Carolina her home since 2015, Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, reflecting her commitment to both understanding individual development and fostering a collaborative and empowering environment.

With an impressive 16 years of dedicated service to children and families, Tiffany is driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. This philosophy is not only evident in her professional endeavors but also in her personal life, as a devoted mother to a 3-year-old son and stepmother to two boys, aged 19 and 11. Beyond her role as a preschool director, Tiffany thrives on empowering others to be their best selves. Her creative spirit finds expression through poetry, and she aspires to spread a message of hope globally as a self-published author.
