Ann Caldwell has been an integral part of Big Blue Marble since 2020, progressing through various roles from a teacher to her current position as a director. She takes pride in witnessing children grow and shape their own personalities under her care. Annquanetta is dedicated to providing parents with a sense of relief, assuring them that their children are safe and well-cared for. With CPR and First Aid certifications, an Associates in Early Childhood Education, and an ongoing pursuit of a Bachelors in Early Childhood Administration, she exemplifies a commitment to professional growth.

Additionally, she actively contributes to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, showcasing her dedication to fostering an inclusive environment. Outside of work, she cherishes moments with her husband, Wynton, and their children—Armani, Amora, and Aydon. Ann also finds joy in reading and expressing her creativity through painting.
