School Director

Cynthia Sotelo has dedicated 39 years to the field of Early Childhood Education, with 15 years as a classroom teacher and the remainder as a center director. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and an Advanced Director’s Credential. Cynthia believes that trust, relationships, and open communication are the foundation of a successful learning environment. Passionate about guiding young children into confident, kind, and curious learners, she finds joy in watching their growth, particularly in social and interpersonal skills.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys gardening, beach trips, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her two grown children, two grandchildren, and beloved pets. She is proud to lead an NAEYC-accredited program and is committed to providing high-quality early childhood experiences.
