School Director

Michelle Whatley brings over 28 years of experience in early childcare to her role, specializing in infants and school-age children. With a background as a Summer Program Director and Creative Play Director, Michelle has cultivated deep bonds with the children under her care, fostering relationships that last a lifetime. She holds over 800 hours of Early Childcare Training and has played a pivotal role in training staff for long-term employment in the childcare industry. Michelle is a devoted wife and mother of three, with four bonus children and two granddaughters residing in McDonough, GA. Committed to community service, she has volunteered with local programs such as A Friend’s House, Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary, and Sunday morning children’s groups, and has spent summers teaching VBS at Sharon Baptist. Michelle has also dedicated multiple hours to recruiting and staffing for non-profit groups across Georgia.
