School Director

Tammy Napolitano has been an integral part of the Big Blue Marble Academy team since its inception in 2012. Over the years, she has shared her expertise and leadership across various locations and currently serves as the center director for the Lexington, SC location.

Tammy embarked on her journey in the childcare industry more than 13 years ago. Joining BBMA, she found it natural to embody the principles we instill in our children within our classrooms every day. Teaching children about diverse cultures and ethics holds particular significance for her, as she believes in embracing the differences that make each individual unique.

Recognizing that working with children is a profound honor, Tammy is filled with joy at the impact she gets to make on the younger population each day. While she hasn’t had children of her own, she considers her prayers answered when God blessed her with all the children at her school. Her greatest joy lies in forming special connections with these little individuals who, at the end of the day, remind her of the preciousness of life.
