Big Blue Marble Academy Leaders Visit Locations Across the Country
At Big Blue Marble Academy, we’re proud to have leaders who understand that our most important work takes place in our classrooms. That’s where we’re nurturing the little minds and growing the big hearts of our young learners – helping prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.
BBMA’s CEO Jeff Wahl and COO Lynn Albright Daniels are currently visiting several South Carolina schools to spend time with our students and meet with our talented directors and teachers who are hands-on in the classroom each and every day. This time spent together will be invaluable in furthering our mission as we continue to open new schools across the country, and they have several stops left!
Connecting with Teachers and Directors
Teachers are BBMA’s superheroes who transform everyday interactions into a wonderful early childhood education experience. We’re so proud to have the best of the best working with our young learners.
Jeff and Lynn love spending time one-on-one with many of these teachers, as well as our center directors. They are the heart of our schools, working to create a welcoming home-away-from-home environment for our students every day. Not only are they bright and talented, but they are also caring and enthusiastic about ensuring our students are cognitively, socially, and emotionally prepared for future success.
Celebrating our Young Learners
During their visits, Jeff and Lynn have also been able to engage with our students. Both love getting onto the same level with these young learners to play, and Jeff always takes time to read one of his favorite children’s books, May There Always Be Sunshine by Jim Gill at each school. This story, based on a traditional Russian folk song, is inspired by a 4-year-old’s wish for the world, and it encourages our students to share their own wishes, visions, and dreams.
Just like our teachers do each day, Jeff and Lynn are able to see their blossoming love of learning firsthand during these visits. It’s inspiring to see the joy on their faces as they dive into new books and imaginative play altogether.
These children are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but rather, through our global learning curriculum, they are already today’s changemakers. That’s why we weave traits like responsibility, empathy, persistence, and mindfulness into our everyday curriculum – to help them become good citizens of the world.
Our students are the “why” behind everything we do, and we’re proud to help them understand that they can make a difference in their communities at any age. We’re so glad that Jeff and Lynn value spending time reading to our students and talking about their dreams – big and small.
Committed to the Future of BBMA
Our leadership recognizes the importance of these visits as we support our schools and continue to grow our footprint. Jeff and Lynn still have several visits coming up – so stay tuned for where they’ll be next!
