Erin Pastushok

Sr. Director of Education

Erin joins Big Blue Marble Academy as Senior Director of Education, bringing over 25 years of experience across the nonprofit and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Educational Services for Spring Education Group, where she specialized in enhancing quality and consistency for multi-site early learning programs.

Erin’s diverse background includes roles as a Teacher, Inclusion Specialist, Principal, and Education Manager. Her expertise spans special education, Deaf Education, and family advocacy. A seasoned curriculum developer, she has played a key role in writing proprietary curricula that intentionally embed research-based social-emotional learning and meet high accreditation standards.

Certified as an Infant, Toddler, and Family Specialist and a CSEFEL Trainer, Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education. She is a dedicated lifelong learner committed to ensuring every child has access to a high-quality, inclusive, and joyful educational journey.
