Mindy Goodman

Mindy Goodman is joining us as Senior Director of Safety and Compliance and has over thirty years of early childhood education experience. Most recently, Mindy served as National Director of Licensing for Spring Education.

Throughout her career, Mindy has overseen both safety and compliance aspects of early education. She has also had significant experience as a Regional Director and is extremely familiar with multi-site operations, licensing expectations, and regulatory requirements. She has proven herself to be adept at building processes, developing training, improving safety metrics, and much more.

As a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, she is passionate about ensuring that high-quality preschool is a part of each child’s educational journey. In her spare time, Mindy enjoys traveling with her family, crafting, and watching baseball.
