Shannon Neely

Director of Training

Shannon brings over 27 years of experience in early childhood education, having served in various roles, including teacher, trainer, auditor, director, accounting manager, area manager, and quality assurance specialist. As the Director of Training, she is passionate about developing strong teachers and leaders to positively impact children and families. With firsthand experience as a director, she enjoys mentoring others to help them grow their teams effectively. Shannon studied Elementary Education at Clemson and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Auburn University. In her free time, she enjoys watching Clemson football, remodeling her parents’ house, and spending time with her daughter.
