Shelly Head is a seasoned credit and collections professional with over 20 years of experience leading customer-focused financial operations. Known for her ability to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency, Shelly excels at developing scalable billing and collections strategies that align with organizational goals. At Big Blue Marble Academy, she is dedicated to driving financial accuracy and elevating performance through industry best practices.

Shelly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of the Decatur Parks and Recreation Department and actively volunteers with organizations that support her passions for sports, service, and community. Shelly and her husband, Michael, enjoy cheering on Atlanta United, playing golf, and watching Auburn University sports. Together, they cherish time with their daughter, Angelina, and their dog, Lila.
