  • Tammy Drew

    Center Director

    Tammy Drew brings nearly 20 years of experience in childcare to her role. Having served all age groups as a classroom teacher, she finds joy in celebrating learning milestones for each age group. Tammy, with a degree in English Literature, made a career shift to early development in 2003. She went back to college and earned her AAS in Early Childhood Development.

    In her role as a Director, Tammy is dedicated to engaging children, parents, and teachers to form a community that serves as the foundation for learning for each student in her school. Her diverse background and commitment to education make Tammy a valuable asset to our team.

  • Katie Couch

    District Manager

    Katie Couch is the District Manager for the North Carolina area. Prior to this role, she has served as a preschool teacher, summer camp director, children sports program director, and Director at Large for BBMA. Katie believes how we prepare and educate our children is one of the most impactful and meaningful ways to make a difference in the world.  With a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Organization, Katie is passionate about supporting the staff and families at our centers to help them serve their children.  Ensuring that quality childcare and education services are provided at our centers is her top priority.
