VP of Operations

Sara Wade is Vice President of Operations for Big Blue Marble Academy, overseeing schools across Georgia and Alabama. With more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, she has advanced through roles from Teacher to District Manager before assuming her current executive position.

In her role, Sara provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. She is recognized for driving performance, strengthening family and community partnerships, and developing high-performing leadership teams that ensure the highest standards of care and education.
